Rates

Please contact us for rates. Adult evaluations usually take 3-4 hours of face-to-face time. Pediatric evaluations may take longer and may also include observation visits. Your neuropsychologist will also bill for the time it takes to review records, write reports, and convey findings to your referral source.

Insurance

Adult neuropsychologists are Medicare providers. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for neuropsychology evaluations. We will provide out-of-network patients with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include neuropsychology benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit the length of the evaluation? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from a neurologist or primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
