Prospective adult clients are invited to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This brief meeting allows us to discuss your needs and determine if our services are well-suited to your situation.
Rates
Please contact us for specific rates and good faith estimate of the length of the evaluation. Your neuropsychologist will bill for the time it takes to complete the face-to-face assessment, review records, write reports, and discuss findings.

Insurance
Adult neuropsychologists are Medicare providers and are in-network with Sharp Health Plan and Scripps Health Plan. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify if neuropsychological assessment is covered. We will provide out-of-network patients with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company.
Pediatric neuropsychologist are not contracted with any insurance panel but will provide a superbill for parents to submit to their insurance. In some circumstances, a school district may be financially responsible for an IEE. In this situation, A written contract, signed by the appropriate parties, is required before scheduling the evaluation.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include neuropsychology benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit the length of the evaluation? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from a neurologist or primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- Has the school district signed a contract agreeing to specified rates?
Payment
We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
